Subscription Management

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Stripe customer portal.

When you cancel:

• Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be applied
• You retain full access to all features until your billing period ends

Refund Policy

We offer pro-rated refunds for unused service time when you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription. Please note that it's important to comply with our refund policy, which requires a minimum 14-day refund window.

After the first 14 days, all sales are final. Since we provide immediate access to GPU resources and infrastructure, we generally cannot offer refunds for partial months or consumed resources.

How to Cancel

1. Log into your Enginuecore dashboard
2. Navigate to Billing settings
3. Click "Manage Subscription" to access your Stripe customer portal
4. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription

Service Credits

For significant service interruptions that violate our SLA, we may issue service credits to affected accounts on a case-by-case basis.
